Impact Africa-CS is a company created during the midst of COVID-19. Gulnaaz Ahmod the director of the company was looking for way to develop and empower women. With gender based violence on the rise, she quickly realized that Effective Communication is key to assisting individuals and help reduce conflicts at all levels.
With the many programs and team builds she created, it allows corporates, family’s and women to learn how to quickly identify different personalities, then effectively communicate in a way that resonates with them.
This being a proven principle that she adopts in her daily family life, she felt it is important to share with all people, especially women in Africa.
This B-BBEE company that she created stands on a very simple principle, directly from her heart.

Ahmed Ahmod
Ahmed is a seasoned Executive with vast experience spanning across Blue Chip companies in the Financial Services and ICT Industry. His passion for sales, training and building strong relationships have made him very successful, representing brands like MM Motara, FNB, Telkom, Nashua/Siemens and Vodacom/Vodafone over a 30 year period.
That passion for people made him follow his dream to mentor and assist them in communicating effectively.
Now he is the first licensed Zookeeper in Africa and ready to continue on this exciting journey.
