I did an Effective Communication training session with a person I called a friend and mentor before the training but this training was on another level altogether. Ahmed Ahmod is a Legend who had us hanging onto every second of the training. Trained by Nigel Risner, Chief Zoo Keeper. It was a course like no other. It is about the different animal classes of personalities we all have and how to be a zookeeper who is someone that can speak to all types to keep the synergy in the zoo. It is so funny how you start to understand people so well after that. This is so vital for the workplace and internal teams, personal communication and communication with clients. So often conflict starts as we have broken communication. As if that’s not exciting enough the venue the training takes place will blow you away.
